Introducing... The Total Body Reset

A 4 week at-home fitness challenge where we'll focus on building lean muscle, releasing unwanted fat and creating new, healthy habits that you can sustain for life!
So... what exactly will we do inThe Total Body Reset?
Each day, we will focus on isolating a different set of muscle groups to sculpt and tone the whole body. In addition, you'll also complete two HIIT (high-intensity interval training) sessions per week to really kick your body into fat-burning, muscle-building mode!
The workouts are around 30-ish minutes, and can be complete from anywhere & at any time throughout the day that fits your schedule.

And what will I need for the workouts?
All you'll need is a set of dumbbells and a mat... that's it!
